It got quite shit when all the HM's told about it. It's pointless when they just blab about tasks.

Its alright, It does need some really really good tasks though.

Bob Righter and Davina McCaw need to do something I had high hopes for them but all Bob has done is give out a bit of ******ing weekly cardboard with yellow and red stripes on it and a little riddle.

It's only **** now I think because the HM's know about it.

It lost a lot of cred after ben's refusal of his task & punishment...

It was sh*te after the Moley thing.

This and then BB went and just killed it completely with that note from Bob Righter.

The main reason it's sh!t is because:

A) It's far too obvious that it's the tree. It stands out in the bathroom and is totally out of place.
B) The tasks just aren't good enough. Spend a couple of hours with a housemate you hate? Pfft.
C) The punishments are crap and it's far too lenient, especially with Ben.
D) Everyone knows about it. It would've worked far better in CBB7 had Jonas kept his mouth shut.

The HMs lost all fear of the Tree and in turn the tree lost all power and respect. RIP Tree

The second the tree gave Ben that bulls*it punishment was the second we knew the tree had died.

Ben going out to the crowd last week was more of a punishment than the Tree's one infact it would of worked for it because didn't the tree say:

'You're a joke Ben'

WTF does doing some push ups with some action man have to do with being a joke?

The Tree should of hung Ben upside down in the garden and allow the housemates to throw water balloons filled with paint at him.

The only reason it is crap now is because housemates blabbed about it, otherwise it would have been a really good feature.

I see BB went back to giving secret tasks out itself with Josie and the shoes for booze secret task.

Agree. Was good when the housemates didn't know about it, should get Davina McCaw to do something and Bob Righter to do something too.

I kinda agree with ILoveRTW - I think its presence makes the experience more of a holiday camp rather than, well, Big Brother...the point is that the only House interference and voices are meant to be authoritative, not some cockney wideboy.

Another case of too much of a good thing.

I suppose its been ruined now because the hms know about it so will always suspect when people act strange, but overall the idea of the tree was good. Its the housemates that made it fail.

Agree. Its been overdone and the guy who voices it is just repeating his old lines.

If the producers had any creative spark they could easily come up with something new tp replace him. Sadly, they just don't seem to care enough to make the effort.
