the way i see it, she twists his words so much. looking at his behaviour i would guess he has a learning disability similar to my dyslexia. i can see his frustration when trying to communicate effectively. sure, he puts his foot in his mouth a lot and makes a lot of snap judgements but josie seems to take his words and twist them round and use his weakness against him.
sometimes when i see him trying to communicate with her and she is acting like a absolute cow, shooting him down and not even explaining things properly to him.
she takes his words out of context and then blames him when he gets upset.
she is such a twisted malevolent vindictive bitch.

I think he expresses himself well...especially when he is talking about his feelings and thoughts.
Josie I think is the one who feels a little intimidated by the fact that he does express himself well...but when she cannot answer him back she starts twisting things and pushing his buttons...

i guess I'm drawing on personal experience here, I used to know somebody who was manipulative like josie. I'm not saying JJ is perfect. truth be told I did not like him at first especially when he exploded at rachael. but I really like him now and part of that is how he struggles to say the right thing a lot of the time.

I was surprised at her obvious amusement at his distress. He obviously has some issues and she's milking it for all it's worth.

i thought it was a bad idea to call josie to the diary room... but i think in other ways it was quite brave of him.
but yeah, i see why you might say it's emotional blackmail, I don't agree completely, I think he is very sensitive and i think he meant what he was saying.

he is very emotionally volatile.

and maybe that's true and she doesn't like that and so goes overboard with her manipulation.

Josie could not bear it if JJ was not in the house.... she is playing with his emotions.She said in the DR that she was going to ignore him cos she knew it would 'hurt him'....no-one picked up on that but it was very cruel... If JJ thinks he has stepped out of line at least he tries to apologise.... she is very stubborn and that reaction from her was to get more attention from him.
