The best task ever was when Nasty Nick had to do the assault course. He'd been bragging for weeks about how he was in the SAS but they had to kick him out because he was too tough for the rest of them.

Then he took one look at the titchy little assault course and started hyperventilating.

a gruelling task like cycle to france
a great overnight task

and have a variation on box task like maybe all stand inside vertical mummy chambers
the 5 who stay in the longest get to the final

Does anyone remember the giant milk tanker task? When they had to stand around it for HOURS and cover the holes to stop the milk leaking out and someone had to purposely fail it without the others noticing? I liked that.
