They are so frightened of being sued, its pathetic. Not just the BB forum either. Get into a heated argument they ban you, discuss a banned member they ban you etc....

Thats why I like these boards and the Livejournal BB community. I especially like the Livejournal community because its unmoderated, is basically a blog and you can say pretty much what you like without being banned!
