I allways ask for testers on oxford st in london. Just say its for a girlfriend and not sure wether they will like it and 9 times outa 10 they give it to you

I ALWAYS do that with Armani Diamonds for men, plaster myself in Debenhams.

I get some funny looks but they can't do anything.

I do that in Selfridges.
I get proper dirty looks though, and the staff just like hound you for help.
