Her votes have been canceled?

Keleys votes have been canceled as she tlaked about noms, think this might change anything if she picked rachel, as I heard that rachel had 3 noms and a few had 2.... would be great if she did

KERRYJ 20-07-2010 11:44 AM

how they cancel noms after they have been cast.

I think a recount could be bad news for JJ though Chuff.

Caomhie looks liek she is leaving any way, so maybe eviction will be canceled this week

Kazanne 20-07-2010 11:47 AM

I thought Keever was not allowed to nominate anyway.

She wasn't and she didn't, do keep up Kazanne ;)

If they do cancel this weeks eviction night, won't they stand lose money from the voting?

I think they should put rachel and the ones who had next msot nominations after her, a think a few of them had 2, so a few up might be good

That would make more sense. I take it they haven't announced the nominations to the housemates yet.

Brekkie 20-07-2010 12:07 PM

So Caiomhe and Keeley slip up once or twice and their votes are axed. Ben and Dave talk noms practically 24/7 and they're only ever punished by losing hot water!

Nominations should never be made void after they've been cast - that just asks for people to cry "fix" - not that I think it would make a difference as Caiomhe was way out in front and I doubt Keeley nominated Rachel.

If Caiomhe does go they should have a re-vote.

As I've understood it since BB6 - because of the telephone company contract/donation to charities they break even on eviction voting. Where C4 make money is by having close unpredictable votes which attracts viewers hence advertisers during ad-breaks.

That is why I believe if a clear fave for eviction, she gets bad edit, and the outsider for eviction a good. To make it closer than foregone conclusion where people as me would just go out to the pub knowing what's coming.

psychtracker 20-07-2010 12:11 PM

I saw this spoiler on DS, not sure if it's 100% legit...but if Keeley nommed Rachel, and Caoimhe leaves, it's likely the whole house will be up except Mario and Andrew.

Caoimhe 7
Rachel 3
JJ 2
Keeley 2
Corin 2
Ben 1
Josie 1
Steve 1
Dave 1
Andrew 0
Mario 0

No Nominations havent been said yet.

To josy, you would think keeley voted jj, so it might be rachel vs Keeley vs Corin (vs jj if he was voted by her)

Yeah i was thinking that, i thought Keeley could maybe even have nominated Corin too leaving just Keeley & Rachel up but who knows.

Beastie 20-07-2010 12:15 PM

Plenty of people have been talking about nominations..

Claymores 20-07-2010 12:16 PM

I remember being told during BB8 they were making 0 on the phone vote - it is to do with how much advertisers are willnng to pay a 30 second commercial.

I think last American Football final it was $4m for 30 seconds advert (viewed all over the word for Coke, etc). Can you see why prices of ad-breaks go up and down depending on the relative eviction contest?
