This will drive you crazy! WHERE DOES THE EXTRA MAN COME FROM? Don't ask me - I haven't figured it out yet, that's why I'm posting it here...

the second guy on the right (12 men) becomes the 3rd guy on the left (13 men) on the top row.......still not sure how it is done though..optical illusion, using different parts to make the exta man..thats as far as I have worked it out

I can only see 12 men no matter how long I look at the thing - what am I doing wrong

After a few seconds you should start to see them move to make 13 men.

That is sooo hypnotizing, I've been watching it for ages and still can't quite figure out where the thirteenth guy comes from.
