How utterly nasty and horrible..

I am still getting over Corin's behaviour on the show tonight.

She was utterly horrible.. so cold and callous.

I used to like her, but after seeing that I am actually shocked. What a nasty grab it and win at all costs woman.

Lwize 22-07-2010 03:34 AM

I was watching in disbelief. A player is hurt, the competition has left, and she STILL feels she must win.

My low opinion of Corin has been redefined.

Breakthrough 22-07-2010 03:40 AM

Why hasnt her behaviour been the subject of more posts here though? It was really very ugly to watch and really obvious....

Out of all the highlight shows, i have to say this was the clip that shocked me most...

I have never seen a woman more desperate to win and showing her true colours through her carefully built 'luvin it' face.

Lwize 22-07-2010 03:43 AM

She's only gone berserk a couple of times, but is otherwise benign.

And some are mesmerized by her headlights.

Colbert-Bump 22-07-2010 03:45 AM

I don't think the other housemates were 'lovin' it' either.

But surely they can see the real Corin lurking just beneath that orange skin?

It seems odd to me that seasoned BB viewers are being sucked in by her utter fakeness...

Lwize 22-07-2010 03:55 AM

It may be a cultural thing, but I've noticed a curious "Positivity" v "Negativity" thing come up in the house during the three seasons I've watched the UK show.

As Corin has worn the mask of Positivity so much of the time, her vat of Kool-aid has been chugged by the voting public. Hopefully, the tide will turn and she'll taste some bitter reality (and sooner rather than later).

iRyan 22-07-2010 04:11 AM

Obviously she said she felt bad afterwards, she's just competitive. If Corin was the one hurt, Keely probably would've done the same thing. Plus Corin didn't know how hurt Keely was at the time but I will say she was being a bit insensitive still.

Jamietwo 22-07-2010 04:43 AM

I percieve Corin as someone who is thoroughly enjoying being on BB and being quite honest about it, it was unfortunate for her that she misread Keelys predicament and she regretted it. I kind of admire that she is having so much fun and being comparitavly up front about her desire to stay, it makes a change from these immature youngsters who after 2 weeks on BB act like premadonna stars and above it, even though they have fought tooth and nail to be in this smelly confined environment for the summer. Corin makes the most of what she is and what she's got.

I was thinking the same thing aswell, Keeley would probably have carried on too.

Absolutely agree! Corin assumed she had just sprained her ankle like most did to begin with, if she knew it was that bad of course she would stop. Rachel did continue for a wee bit herself (she over-reacted slightly I thought whereas Corin 'under'-reacted a bit ). She probably thought it would continue with her and Rachel and like you said, she is enjoying her time in the house so really wants to stay.
Makes a change from the boring 'I knew it was gonna be me', 'Im fine with going' blah blah, Corin expressives her real feelings, and totally blasts anybody who has called her fake.

hi ! ....yeah rachels over reacting made Corins under reacting look a bit more than it was. I'm starting to really like Corin. :cheer2:

What utter rubbish..I don't even like Corin but I had a grudging admiration for her determination to complete the task. So she showed she really wants to stay in the house - don't they all? Why pretend?

If the positions had been reversed, and Corin had fallen I GUARANTEE that the poison dwarf would have kept going. Anyone who says different is kidding themselves - Keeley is ten times more ruthless and nasty than any of them in the house - hope she's gone for good.

big_bother 22-07-2010 08:15 AM

Who cares, She wanted to win, she carried on.

I think in the 10 years this show has been around, people have forgotten the whole point. It's a gameshow, that contestants want to win.

me too!

bcass101 22-07-2010 08:31 AM

Ben made me laugh when all the others were fussing over her, he was lying on his bed with slices of cucumber on his eyes. a NON team player to the end

Kore 22-07-2010 08:37 AM

quite surprised she carried on to be honest! clearly shows she doesnt care about anyone. All her 'caring' side is an act. it's just to win the show. But then again.... arent they all?

BJ 22-07-2010 08:54 AM

I thought her total lack of empathy and rather dismissive comments told a lot about the true character of Corin. To me she looked desperate and at times quite spiteful. I found the whole incident quite telling and didn't think Corin came out of it well at all.

rapunza1977 22-07-2010 08:56 AM

Hilarious the corin haters! Fact is it was nedearing she was doing all she could to win. She was not to know how bad the injury was. Aaaaaaaaaargh funny

Kore 22-07-2010 08:59 AM

She couldnt care less that another person was hurt, see the desperation in her face to escape that ''half pipe'' or whatever it was called.

Spiteful cold hearted woman. See her in the diary room she cant even string a correct sentence across, says 'like' between every other word and looks up the left and right about a million times and sounds thick as shiit!

you don't know that for certain you being very quick to judge someone in that case.. Keeley made a mistake when she argued with Caomihe and JJ and the next morning first thing was apologising because she knew she was wrong and what decent people do when they are wrong is apologise..

on the other hand, Corin didn't apologise at all and kept telling herself that Keeley wasn't really injured.. oh shes only twisted her ankle! shes a tough cookie! blah blah blah anything to ease her guilty conscience accept admit she was wrong!!!

the only thing we know now that is for certain is that Corin has no conscience at all and is prepared to trample on injured people to stay in that house!!!!

Blueisthecolour 22-07-2010 09:08 AM

Anybody who doesn't think that Keeley would have done exactly the same in that situation is mistaken.

As for Ben, he was a hoot. His hypocrisy knows no bounds.

"I care about Keeley and have done since day 1?"

Cobblers. He said he disliked her as soon as he met her and was rallying support against her. He's only warmed to her over the last few days, and that's only for his own benefit.

tony1104 22-07-2010 09:10 AM

RACHELS MASSIVELY OVER THE TOP REACTION MADE THE WHOLE SITUATION WORSE! WHAT A DRAMA QUEEN, CRYING AND SHAKING JUST BECAUSE SHE WAS NOMINATED! KEELEY WOULD HAVE DONE EXACTLY THE SAME AS CORIN ? BESIDES , THIS IS BB! WHO WAS TO KNOW THAT THE "INJURY" WAS [U][U]NOT [U]A TREE TASK TO PUT CORIN AND RACHEL OFF STRIDE? CORIN HAD NO IDEA THAT THE INJURY WAS AS BAD AS IT WAS. RACHEL AND THE "OZ" IDIOT PLAYED UP BECAUSE OF THERE IGNORANCE, STUPIDITY, AND CONSTANT NEED TO MOAN !! CORIN IS NOT MY FAV HM BY FAR. BUT , SHE IS A HM THAT BB IS ALL ABOUT. enjoy it! have fun! LEAVE THE POOR C.. ALONE.
