Should KEELEY SUE!!!!!

Got idea from other thread. Whats thoughts ppls.
It was obvious the producers had not thought of their welfare. If only it was Coringe that fell sigh.

She'd be stupid not to!! but they'll probably offer a "secret" out of court settlement>

Poll is fatuous, no real options.

Mr XcX 24-07-2010 01:29 PM

I think she would take them to the cleaners. It was unsafe as it was a plastic sliding ramp. I would have made it like a rubber surface etc.

ange7 24-07-2010 01:29 PM

hms probably sign their right away when they enter.

They'd have to be desperate to sign anything that denies them basic rights.

rusticgal 24-07-2010 01:33 PM

They probably have signed an agreement... but people like Keeley will fight her corner and see an opportunity to make some dosh.... I think thats why she didnt return cos it would not bode well if she is going to make a claim...

smudgie 24-07-2010 01:33 PM

No.But they should really offer her some compo to make up for the pain.
Accidents happen.

stewart64 24-07-2010 01:34 PM

Wonder if this is why she hasn't reappeared on the show for what is only a minor injury. ****** me Steve walks on a couple of metal sticks.

She would be stupid to sue, more potential in milking the fame game. Oops forgot she is ******ing unpopular and will be out on the first eviction night.

ange7 24-07-2010 01:35 PM

Corin would need to sign a special one for cutlery accidents. "I Corin do hereby state that I am qualified to operate a spoon when feeding myself. Any spoon operation mishap like sticking it in my eye are 100% my own responsibility."

Stacey. 24-07-2010 01:38 PM

Voted for the wrong one. D:

I meant no.

not sure about the law but in some case people can't sign away rights like these so maybe she will go for the cash if she deserves it. Now that I think of it her shoes were really flat... running up a curved surface and then down again backwards in those shoes with zero ankle support was a stupid BB idea. Maybe she deserves it.

Boothy 24-07-2010 01:41 PM

No. She wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

cell 24-07-2010 03:08 PM

The most I would say is to compensate her for time/wages lost due to medical care and incapacitation. It was clearly a accident, people fall wrong on their ankle stepping off the curb and don't sue the city. I don't imagine she will be left completely in the lurch, but If she doesn't get a interview or come to the Finale I will assumed I'm proved wrong.

Beastie 24-07-2010 03:32 PM

Maybe she should have a bit of compensation money from Big Brother? I am sure they have plenty of money! lol

Rob! 24-07-2010 04:30 PM

There's something in the welcome pack on the channel 4 website that says that Big Brother basically isn't responsible for any injury incurred in the house, so she wouldn't get anywhere even if she tried.
Mind you I would be SO annoyed if I was Keeley - that glee task was amazing.
