I did not like the fact that he took it as an opportunity to have a pop at Jodie, she wasnt there to defend herself. He talks about being fair, had he been fair he would have done ti in front of her so she could defend herself

Exactly right. He was pretending to be asleep, and yet the first chance he got, he repeated everything that Jodie said and slagged her off about it. His behaviour reminds me of an immature child. He's a devious nasty man.
