Can someone explain to me what josie sees in corin now that stops her gawping and nodding without a clue to what corin is saying like she did two weeks ago when she nominated her.

Maybe the length of time they have spent together has tuned Josie in to Corin now.
Also, Corin might be talking about the house etc .. now rather than making analogies which were harder to follow?
