Calling all Nursery Nurses/childminders!
 

Hello!:wavey:

I am a nursery nurse and have been for 7 years! I have been offered a promotion to be incharge of babies and toddlers!:elephant:

I was just wondering if you had any ideas suggestions on how i can keep my rooms ticking over, staff help, organized too!

Just any ideas from your experience how i can improve this? I have my own ideas but as every nursery/school etc is different i would be grateful for you thoughts!:wavey:

My sister is a nanny and uses www.rollercoaster.ie It could be helpful, not sure though.

before i had my daughter i was the 2nd in charge in the 2-3 room we relied on lists for what we needed to do we had weekly room meetings so we all knew plans etc & where we'd plan future weeks planning
