Here, here - they shouldn't get them as a matter of course out of the food budget! They should have to earn them with separate tasks! Couldn't agree more!

It's all in BB plan to cause conflict amongst the housemates really. It would be fairer if smokers had to go that extra mile to gain cigarettes. Instead BB keep it on the shopping list in the hope it will create some interesting viewing.
