Just to swear on her mums life after losing her dad is just unbelievable...it was a poxy side task and noone would of blaimed her if she failed because she would not swear on her mums life...i would of respected her more.

We also know that swearing on someone's life doesn't mean anything. Someone isn't actually going to die because you swore on their life and were lying.

I don't think anything in life at all.fingers crossed or not would ever have me swearing anything on my parents lives or in fact anyone elses.

It is not a rule of life and does not stand up in court...the fact she swore on her mums life does not mean her mum will die...but it shows how much you don't care if it does happen

also when someone is prepared to swear on people's lives, then later turn round and say they had fingers crossed, it shows that they have no problem telling lies and have no morals whatsoever

But she wasn't in court was she, she was messing around in the big brother house, crossing fingers counts. Christ if her mum dropped down dead right now it wouldn't be because Josie swore on her life. Plus Josie hasn't spoken to her mum in something like 8 years, so I guess thats why Josie swore on her life over someone elses. She doesnt even get on with her mum.
