Everton got him on a freebie. I think he's going to be awesome for them, (and get an England cap or 2). 3 goals already in the pre-season. Leeds will flounder in the Championship without him.:bawling:

I'm from Scotland but my English team are Newcastle, was really hoping we'd sneakily try and get him but unfortunately we didn't and were still lacking a natural goalscorer, as Andy Carroll is a big physical young lad and a very good striker but i can tell you know he won't score loads of goals this season for us. Beckford is a great player and will score around 20 goals next season i'd say especially with Saha alongside him.
