Things I don\'t like about TiBB

Okay, things have been going bad here, and I need to vent.

1) I don't think it's fair that mods can delete/alter threads WITHOUT giving a good reason to the FMs. It means they can get rid of topics that don't break the rules, for very flimsy reasons. Also, I've gone over the rules with a fine-tooth comb, and I can't find this particular rule mentioned. Care to give me a link, mods?

2) Apparently it's unacceptable to post swear-words, even if you put these****in it.
Fair enough, but then why is there a filter in place that puts stars in it anyway? It makes no sense, and it's so easily fallible anyway, it alters f-cking but not f-ckin'. Most people here are intelligent enough to figure out what '****ing' means anyway. (I hope so, anyway. If not...)

3) There is a repeat offender (whose name I shall not mention) who is back after a temporary ban and (surprise surprise) is back to their old ways. Why can't the mods ban him now, before a regular member loses it with the little sod, and gets in trouble too?
It's so very, very close to happening, and a good member has already got a warning for retaliating to abuse, and I swear to god I've come close to getting one myself. I've actually edited posts soon after posting them to avoid warnings.

4) In the rules, it says you can't so much as call another FM 'an idiot' or 'a fool'. (Please note that I am quoting these directly from the rules.)
Personally, I think that's a little bit harsh.
However, if you're going to make these strict rules, the least you could do is enforce them effeciently, don't you think? Sorry, but I just don't see that happening.

5) When FMs get peed off, is it really acceptable for a super mod to tell them to 'lighten up'?
I thought mods were supposed to try to listen to FMs concerns, and do their best to rectify situations, how silly of me.

I AGREE!!!! i started a thread asking why my threads kept getting deleted but then they just deleted that... and its infuriating.

1. i know the member who is being the twit.
2. i know the member who your talking about with the warning.
YAY IT COMES OFF TONIGHT.
3.i think another issue is favourtism between certain members if you have a good rapport with a mod and the FM 'abuses' a member they are more likely to get ignored that a member who is new or doesnt exactly contact and get on well with Mods/admin.

That list gives me more of an urge to break some rules and teach some people a thing or two. I have someone in mind.

I'd love to just say HIS name.....

he apparently works in retail business. Seems a bit immature for that job if you ask me cause all he has done is insult 14 year olds and that is not promoting good adulthood towards anyway
