Why was a disable man given the darts task?

I am not saying diasbled people who are blind in one eye or have no legs cannot play darts or stand up for a long period of time, but why was Steve given that task? Seen as how he is blind in one eye and does have discomfort from his false legs?

Apparently he had to stand outside on his own in the rain and cold for 45 minutes, straining with his one eye for a bulleye?

Is it me or are the BB production team just pain old STUPID?

There was John James given up on a task where he had to sit in a room with a housemate!

Steve looks the most similar to a darts player.:D

Apart from his eye and false leg.

Because it is not as physical as say the Oliver routine.

Yeah they should of gave him a bomb disposal task or trampolining.

He could have done what John James done though with a lot less whinging.

And we couldve watched John James **** up at darts!

I wondered about him being caused discomfort standing for longer periods on his false legs, but I also noticed there was a bar stool in the saloon set up for him to sit on if needed, he just chose not to use it.

Maybe to stop the whining of some of the idiots on forums who think he is getting through to the final simply because of his disability.

Mind you I dont think it will work, they wont realise that you need two eyes for accurate depth perception(throwing a dart requires this) nor how uncomfortable it will be supporting himself in one place for an extended period of time.

Well DUH, but you try missing two legs, and one eye, playing darts for 45 minutes in the wet and cold, whilst straining your one eye without giving it a break.

Because if John James had the task which he had he would of provoked a bigger reaction. Which they wanted.

I didn't see him complaining and he did alright at getting the bulls eye.

It was physically challenging, but so's learning a dance routine or sitting in a room for 24 hours with Rachel. That's the point of tasks: you want challenge without it being impossibly difficult.
