Graffiti Task encourages vandalism
Considering the demographics of a great number of people who watch the show,
I think BB is doing a great disservice to the country by having this Graffiti "art" task. the last thing we need in our streets are anymore idiots being inspired by graffiti task like this and potentially vandalizing walls. one thing is Banksy or Moose... another thing unemployed, on benefit, fame whres thinking they can do art with a can of spray paint. that was a bad move Big bother... Oliver twist task= Brilliant Robot task=Awesome Graffiti task= Irresponsible :nono: |
You might prefer Songs of Praise, darling. Take Patrick's advice :) |

I just feel that there are better ideas for tasks they could have come up with....
Graffiti, is Illegal when done without the property owners permission, which Is in the nature of the Graffiti movement and happens I say 90% of the time. so I rather not see task that would encourage urban areas looking anymore run down. |
I presume that's BB giving Sam a chance to shine. I have to admit, he has well outshone most of the HM's in the Dickens task. This one should prove interesting - and funny.

Never mind the Graffiti task (which I think is brilliant by the way) having a bad influence on young people. Take a look at some of the pathetic soaps, like Eastenders, murder, mayhem and full of ideas for young people to go astray. Can't wait to see Sam's handywork. Bet it wil be arty and tasteful.

Come on I hate the way people look down on graffiti artists, hey maybe Banksy was the kind of low life that you generalized the majority of graffiti artists. Some of the graffiti I've seen riding on trains is incredible, very talented work... and that's the thing - riding on trains.
Basically you hardly ever see graffiti much anywhere other than on train routes, in tunnels and in very dangerous neighbourhoods that I myself wouldn't be all that willing to travel to or through anyway. Now I know that sounds condescending of me, but it's not, it's me being of the opinion that certain areas aren't safe for me to walk through. Anyway my point is, that graffiti doesn't really affect most people that much, and besides, it's very creative and quite astounding to look at. Man I spent like a whole hour looking through this book about influential graffiti artists of the '70s and '80s in New York once. Some of the art shown in that book was incredible. I admire graffiti art. 'Ey and I very much agree with what muchadoaboutnothing said. This is nothing, and to pick at it or complain about it is just incredibly petty. Many of the BB demographic are influenced by much worse media products that surround them, this is nothing compared to certain other things. |
graffitti

But it was on White Card not on any buildings. Some places in England have young Artists like Sam to go over a area in need of Paintings. |
