S&R task - a fix??

I can't believe the S&R task, it's obvious to everyone and BB that any kind of memory task will be won by someone who is in Mensa.

Thought it was very unfair.

Blink_Me 11-08-2010 11:04 AM

They want Mario in the final.

DrunkerThanMoses 11-08-2010 11:10 AM

But they would have planed the task ages ago, not knowing mario was going to be up?

Its is suspicious though!

Patrick 11-08-2010 11:22 AM

That was the last S+R Task, they obviously had that saved for a rainy day literally or when Steve was up.

True, they also chose that "bug off" task a week ago, because of Marios incredibly physical strength - get a grip

why won't there be one next week?

We already know that there are noms, as Sam has been told he is banned from nominating

Jords 11-08-2010 12:33 PM

I think they always try to fix it someway..

Fuzzylogic 11-08-2010 12:51 PM

Yep all the tasks are fixed in favour of everyone. Just like the highlight shows are biased to give everyone a good/bad edit.

Clearly the BB producers are biased in favour of everyone becuase they want everyone to win/lose.

Yeah...it was pretty lame.

I'm not sure what reason they have for Mario to stay...i guess they've invested a fair amount of time in him...BUT...if the bookies are any indication, he's toast, and doesn't have a snowballs chance in hell of winning, anyways. :conf:

So, maybe just lazy task making...OR hoping he wouldn't put up Dr Pepper.

Yeah but bettings are always wrong.

Mario had more fans than steve, jo, jj2 and probely has a few more than dave and andrew.

I agree he wont win, someone crap like josie or jj will win.

Yeah, they do get it wrong...but will need to be a major screw up! I saw him at 70/1 the other day, even after he won S&R...his betting's just tanked lately (not exactly sure why, maybe coz he's been a bit down, and the button thing), he was about 10/1 a couple of weeks ago. I think he might be good for 5th or 6th, (at best)... I was just making the point though, i'm not really sure why the producers would really want to keep him.

sometimes it's test of strength... sometimes of endurance and sometimes a test of brains. It can't be a test of all 3 every week.

Their keeping him in for me :)

I think his odds are so low becuase they think he will be evicted if hes up next as well, hope he wins save and replace again next week then

GypsyGoth 11-08-2010 01:25 PM

I not a Mario fan, but the way I see it is that Mario just kicks the other housemates asses when it comes to S&R. I think it s great that he wants to stay in BB and is doing his best.

Fair play, best of luck that he stays in for you then. :)

Jackie 11-08-2010 03:12 PM

It was totally a fix this week so mario could win.

Seriosly that could been fix too, Marios suit could have been less stick or however it was disigned,..to move along the board easier.

BB with mario over last few days has got my mind doing over time there something suspect?? bugging the hell out of me, normally I'd laugh as some over active imaginations of some regarding BB fixes. 22 he got in that task, that is an amazing amount.

by the way Yes I think I need to get a grip ha ha

I don't think it's anything to do with Mensa. He just has a memory technique which he can use, and the others probably didn't. The other HMs seemed to know this before the task started and knew he was the favourite.

Kazanne 11-08-2010 03:54 PM

Too much cheating all round in this BB it's totally spoilt it,never mind X Factor starts in two weeks, lol.

i think because they gave him the mole task in week 1 that they were always gonna have him make it far.
