Is there an actual official line-up for BB all-stars?

Is the whole no BB9 housemates and Marcus Akin thing just a rumour or is it official?

Well apparently some ex-housemates shown on the new promo shot have pulled out of All Stars, so there is still a chance that the real legends, like Rex and Marcus, could still go in. I really hope there are more BB9 and BB10 housemates entering...
