Have you noticed any lumps/bumps on her thumb - as I haven't - although haven't got a good look at her thumbs! If she has genuinely sucked it for 25 years - it would have tell-tale signs such as a big lump/bump on it!

Where the teeth rubs on it? I have tried to look but have never noticed anything.
