ALLIANCE 2010 [The Lounge - Let's get this game restarted]

Hello, and welcome players of Alliance. I understand that the game got off to a rather slow-paced path. This was due to the great past host, Braden, unfortunately not having enough time to run the games himself. However, now that I have been given the opportunity to host the game, I'm ready to re-commence the game with an almighty bang!

For starters, would the past players (including the eliminated members) who are willing to give the game one more shot, PM me. Tuesday, 7 PM if there are 13+ players, we will commence with 'Alliance'. If we fail to gather 13 players, the past contenders who didn't get through to the real game will be given a shot at the game.

Game Stats:
HOH Week 1 - Jonathan.
POV Week 1 - Jonathan.
Evictee Week 1 - BettiePage
HOH Week 2 - Shaun
POV Week 2 - _________
Evictee Week 2 - Jords

Great to hear, Cara.

Make sure you get everyone to commit for the game! You dont need to have like 15 + players. even 12+ is fine, as long as all the players participate, it will be fun and fast. :)

I don't think anyone totally out of our timezone should be in it really. Like 2 or 3 hours is ok, but last time they could never get on when most people were about.

Firewire 22-08-2010 08:26 PM

I'll re-play!

As long as they participate in the competitions, it doesnt matter. If you come on at least once a day, you can participate in all the competitions. Doesnt matter the time zone. Nothing is live anyways!

Would 'Chri$' be the only one outside of the GMT time-zone?

On that note, as I'd like this game to have more of a soul to it, I was considering hosting a few live games - that is, if the participants are up for it.

Well the reason is was so slow last time is we were often waiting on one or two people to vote or something

For the voting, I will state a time limit prior to any vote counts. If the participants fail to vote, I will give them one 'strike' straight away - I'll be rather strict with deadlines so 3 strikes and the player is out. This way, I'll keep the game going on a strict time schedule

Ahhh yeah that is a good idea. Guess it should be ok with timezones then. All depends on the tasks.
