After the announcement last year made by Channel 4 that Big Brother was no longer to air, Channel 5 have signed up to air the reality show next summer claim sources.

Late last week an insider revealed that the new Channel 5 boss, Richard Desmond has finally signed the papers to air Big Brother in 2011.

LAWYER ACTS OVER £2,000 BILL FROM DATE RAPE ALLEGATION

REALITY TV star Kenneth Tong is being sued by the lawyer who represented him on date rape allegations.

The ex-Big Brother contestant was quizzed by police after a woman claimed she was assaulted by Rangers goalie Allan McGregor in St Johnstone star Filipe Morais' Glasgow flat.

The trio denied the claims and have been told they will not be charged following a seven-month probe.

But now Tong, 25, is being taken to court by solicitor Bob McCormack. He says Tong, who says he's a millionaire, hasn't paid a £2,000 bill.

The Glasgow brief launched his action at the city's Sheriff Court last week. A source told us: "Bob has repeatedly given Kenneth Tong a chance to pay but Mr Tong has ignored bill after bill.Bob can't understand why Kenneth Tong, a man who boasts of being a millionaire, can't settle a £2,000 bill."

Last night McCormack confirmed that he had launched proceedings

I doubt BB will be on 5 next year......Davina was close to tears on tonights BBLB. No reaction from her that BB was continuing for her after the finals this year.....I think its all a wishful thinking rumour that will never happen....

That, my dear, is called a coincidence. He linked an article that made no reference to Kenneth so your own article what you love to post so much is pointless.

Finally if someone is a fan of Kenneth then who are you to denounce them? In future please stop spamming that article since we've ALL seen it by now ad leave the Ken fans in peace.

Only if Kennietes stop multi-spamming his inane TWATTERS which have simply been repeats of news articles or parotting of the gambling odds which ANYONE can read. If anybody is remotely interested in Tong the Mong they can happily go and follow him ad nauseum on TWATTER themselves without spamming it here constantly :mad::mad::mad:
