It's clearly part of who he is so in that sense its not fake. He just turns it up a bit at times for comedy effect. Its not a crime to want to put a smile on peoples faces.

Yeah I agree he's fake. When he's on BBLB he acts the village idiot. But on Five tonight he wasn't so stupid in an interview. His speech and what he had to say was totally different.

He's probably the most knowledgeable HM on BB ever. The fakeness annoyed me at the time but I kind of respect him now. Probably knows more about BB than me, and I appreciate that level of dedication from a HM. He knew exactly what it would take to win, and he did it.

Do you honestly believe that if he had that sort of underhand gameplan, that he would have let on that he was such a fan of the show.

Not at all. He had to act as stupid as possible about all subjects. It's what the public demands. Revealing how much he knew about BB would have given away the plot :P

But that's my point. He was a massive fan of the show and didn't care who knew it. He freely admitted to it. If he was really such a cunning gameplayer, that wouldn't have been the case.

Was Brian totally stupid? Obviously not, he had emotional intelligence, which made him more vital to the house than anyone else that year.

I think Brian is one of the most genuinely sincere and good hearted housemates ever!
Yeah, he did use the dumb act as a gimmick but it's a gameshow at the end of the day and at least he's never been a nasty bitch or a backstabber like 99% of the housemates.

Brian is a good person and that's all that really matters!:thumbs:
