Why does Johns head and jowels wobble when he talks.
 
I can't take my eyes off of it.

Even late at night as he sits on his bed picking his beak and scratching his sweaty inner thigh his head wobbles.

what gives?

He has that syndrome that causes him to shake.

But tbf he is nowhere near as bad now as when he was on CBB.

It's called the ageing process - essentially your skin loses elasticity. It'll come to you someday
