I have met a couple of middle-aged transexuals in recent times. I think as they get older they do start to look more and more like their original gender.

Actually they end up looking like drag queens - and Nadia is well on her way to that! ;)

When Nadia first went in he was very young and therefore and younger looks. In time he will need more drugs to cope with age and require more make up to cope with the masculine changes in the face.
