Are Kathy and Britney Mother and Daughter?

Do you think they are waiting for the finale to reveal this huge secert or do you just think they were complete strangers?

cheapbbfan 06-09-2010 01:20 AM

Wrong show, but NO they were not related. I wish people would give that up already

Marc 06-09-2010 04:15 PM

Lol they weren't. Britney voted to evict her didn't she?

Yes but still you never know.
I just find it strange that they both happen to come from Arkansas.

So? There are plenty of states smaller than Arkansas, size and population.

How many people have come from Arkansas before?
The answer is none.
Point proven.

So what? It's not like Arkansas is that odd of a place, don't be ignorant. There are more than 2.5 million people from Arkansas, it's not a big deal when two people come from Arkansas and both have blonde hair.

Raph 07-09-2010 07:49 PM

I used to think this rumor was true. I doubt it now though, it's very unlikely. Plus, Kathy was sweet; Britney is evil - Not that personality traits necessarily pass down

Evilness is all a matter of opinion.

there is no point proven. Kathy is NOT Britney's mother. My goodness, they SHOWED Britney's mother on the show talking about her daughter. You thought that was some actress they brought in to play a role?

yeah it happened about 2 weeks ago when they did a segment on her family and fiancee watching the show and commenting on her. I really dont see what the point of having a twist of Kathy and Britney being mother/daughter would have been especially since BB never promoted or took advantage of it. Dont you think that would have been a waste of a twist? Britney herself badmouthed and made fun of Kathy in her diary room sessions. Besides if they were related, dont you think they would have at least talked about it once in the house? Its one thing to keep it a secret from everyone else, but why wouldnt they ever acknowledge it in private when they were alone? This thing only came about bc of Annie's lie as the saboteur, but that was what it was...a lie. She said that to throw suspsicion off of herself. No one in the house had a prior relationship

Fail
Guess I shouldn't expect so much from such a **** show.
This is my last BB for sure.

SoBig 16-09-2010 02:48 AM

How was this ever in question? :conf2:

Both from Arkansas
Kathy has a 22 year old daughter
Britney is 22
Saboteur said there was a relationship in the house
Saboteur put crosses on each of their pictures on the memory wall

But you were watching the show, so you should have known that wasn't the case. It was only said to fool the people inside the BB house.

Just because Britney evicted her doesn't mean anything, people have done worse to get further in the game.

The point is, Big brother would have told us that while watching the show. Whenever there was a secret anything, we were told.

Expect the unexpected is the tagline.

Yes, but if they kept a mother/daughter relationship secret the whole ****ing time not only to the HouseGuests, but to the public, that would just be stupid as hell. This whole topic is ridiculous.

No because it would of been revealed on the final night and everyone would of been like wtf and it would of gone down as one of the biggest twists ever.

Have you ever seen a promo for this show? Julie is always telling us to expect the unexpected.

lostalex 16-09-2010 10:42 AM

I think he was saying that the audience is always let in on the twists. "expect the unexpected" is usually only for the houseguests. I can't think of any examples of a twist/secret being kept from the audience.

No, considering that 1) it would have no impact on the game and 2) the season would already be over and it'd just be retarded to reveal it on finale night. Seriously, that would be the worst twist ever, know that.
