I just got dumped, and it hurts
 

My girlfriend just texted me and she wants to cool off. I feel gutted. I really loved her, i lost my virginity to her and then she goes and does this. I feel real bad. Why are girls such evil things?

You say she wants to cool off. Sounds like she is just wanting a bit of space and some time away from you rather than dumping you completely.

It doesn't sound like she wants to dump you, maybe seeing as you've been a bit on and off she wants to have some space to think things through.
Still, not the sort of thing you want to hear on Valentines day. I've never been one for serious relationships (easy come easy go, that's me) so I don't know what it's like to be in love with someone like you are with your girl.
