It is NEVER live it hasnt been live since ciara CBB5. Going by estiamtes this show was probs started at before 7pm.

The first show was deffo live... we were there and we started the show at about 7.25 so there must have been all of a five min delay!

Well, you always know if it's live or not when you listen to what Davina says. She says the line "You're live on channel four so please do not swear" differently when it's not live.

It is not live as John James said on Twitter that he couldn't do the Davina highlights show (pretend BBBM) as it was filmed at the same time he was on T4 so he couldn't literally be in two places at the same time. But they deliberately filmed it so it looked as if it was live. Hence Sam Pepper was next to Josie and not John James.

So it is very possible the final was filmed sometime during the hour break when Dermot and Davina progs where shown.

It can't be taped too far ahead of time as since it is outdoors look at the sky and see how dark it is. Mind you it is easier to notice if you live nearer the area.

Just goes to show how much TV CAN lie.

The first show was only delayed by around 5 minutes however, the second show was delayed by a good while as the winner, was leaked all over twitter during Davina's Big Send Off.

Obviously not live as they bleeped out Preston swearing. Probably a 15min delay.

It's usually on a 15 minute delay just like the so called 'live feed', but last night spoilers were posted long before the final result was announced, so I would guess the show was on at least an hours delay. The 'live feed' was cut long before the main show started and under normal circumstances it would have only been cut 15 minutes before!
