I can't see why, and if the children will have no genetical problems why shouldn't they marry!?

But if you don't know that you are related?

I don't see what difference it makes unless you harbour thoughts about your mother or father OR a KNOWN sibling.

Yeah if you didn't know its a bit different. but surely when you found out, you would be sickened. And would not carry on the relationship :conf:

Then again, having never been in that position, and having noone I know going/gone through it either...I can't really comment. Just find the thought of incest in general really gross.

Because genetically it is dangerous thats why not! even if their children seem ok it can still cause problems further down the line.
The big eared boys on farms are no myth even in reasonably sized towns that are really isolated eventually everybody starts to look like this.

I think it's frowned upon, because Humans are family-orientated as a whole, the thoughts are unclean, it just disrupts lives.
