The Inspiration behind TiBB
The show which has seen more crying than you've ever seen
The show which has brought love onto our screens
The show with 24/7 streaming, even in it's worst moments
The show with all the comedy.
The Reality TV show of the decade.
The UKs most talked about show.
This is Reality TV at it's best.
This... is Big Brother.

Throughout Celebrity Big Brother, things got entertaining
When Jade Goody got angry and accused of being racist
But the good times lives in the hands of the show.
Nothing will ever replace it.
Not even I'm a Celebrity.

Big Brother has aired since 2000 until Channel 4 canceled their contract.
But without a doubt, there's one thing left to say.
(There's still hope!)

Wrong, The Real World was getting 80m+ back in the day.
And has had over 60+ seasons.

Canada's 'much music' did a strange 'hybrid' sort of thing called 'The Loft' which was something like 'Real World' but then keeping them inside and leaving cameras running.
So it was the Canada 'Big Brother' and maybe noteworthy is that it featured immature young people having petty disputes, puerile behavior, cheap physical fighting etc.
So you could say it was 'ahead of it's time'.

But The Real World maybe does wonder what would have happened if they had locked them inside and just thought to run live-feeds?

But to the OP I want to agree in principle.
Survivor gets co-credit though. Also a massive 'founding' series for 'reality shows'.
It seems like it was those two series that were the huge turning points for the last decade.
