Ireland is a decent place I think it would be quite boring living there though. Whereas there is always something going on in London...

It is boring In certain places and I know from staying with mates in different parts of Ireland that it is dull if you're staying in a place like in the country with hills and grass and all that sh*t.

I live in Northern Ireland, same thing to me though and I live in the biggest city in Northern Ireland so there's alot going on 24/7 just as I imagine there would be in Cork and Dublin, 2 of Ireland's big cities.

The nightlife in Belfast where I live is great and here gets alot of good reviews for it and the prices are good in shops and that, nothing cheap but nothing too dear.

Depends what shop really but yeah fair prices.

The people in all parts of this country are really friendly and want to have abit of craic, not alot of people here take themselves seriously or would be rude in the way I heard Londoners are, I heard there if you say Hi to a stranger on the tube or something you get like dagger eyes back.

Different here, plus there's alot of fit girls.

Like alot, I walk into the town everyday and it's hard to not find at least 10 girls you think '****** give me abit of that'.

There's alot to see in terms of Landmarks and other attractions too.

I'm basically speaking from where I live here but I do know Dublin and Cork are pretty much the same, difference being they use the Euro and I don't.

But yeah, you should come to Ireland it's great.

When it's sunny I love how everyone acts like we're in Spain and that, and you usually get people saying 'For ****** Sake it's too warm' yet when it's raining it's 'Jesus I wish the sun would come out' lol

I think the best place for you to go would be one of the main cities, Dublin, Cork, Galway or Limerick.

Here in Limerick there are lots of flats for rental and they are quite affordable, there are quite a few French people living here and people from many other places, I'm sure it's the same in other main cities.

There are loads of pubs and clubs and shops and stuff. There is usually free wifi in the flats/apartments I think or it's very cheap, if not there are lots of internet shops where you can use a computer for an hour for €1.
Also you wouldn't need to worry about currency because it's the same as yours. :p
We also have a dock on the river with a cargo thing but Idk much about it.

There are many food places which are usually quite affordable too and there is lots of foreign shops and restaurants along with the Irish ones.

We have a train and bus station and the airport is quite close too.

I heard you get stabbed a lot in Ireland :shocked:

There were 11 fatal stabbings in Ireland in 2009. There have been 9 so far this year.

Nothing compared to the teenage stabbings you get reported in London like all the time though rofl

Fair point actually if you're talking about that part I agree, but to generalise the whole country isn't.

I thought England was scary when I heard about the knife crime you lot had but the more I learned about other places in England the more I wanted to actually go there lol

I was actually listening to the news today and they spoke about the knife crime statistics of the Republic of Ireland. I hadn't mentioned that I live in a tough area until you said. :conf:

It's not a fact, it's wrote on a map yes.

But it's a fact there's people here who WANT and CONSIDER themselves to be British, IMO they should move TO Britain if they want that so much but there's also alot of people who consider themselves Irish and live in a country that is Ireland, from the way I see it unless Northern Ireland and Ireland were divided by water then there's no actual divide.

Hmmm what is it like to live here? It rains a lot. I'm not the biggest fan of Ireland so I'm probably not the best person to talk about it. It's fun though,Dublin is quite expensieve generally but you can find the cheap places if you have a look around. It's a decent enough place,no worse than anywhere else really.
