I'm basically wondering who TiBB's favourite celebrity is, this has been blatantly inspired by Shaun's Public Enemy No. 1 competition (which you should all vote for... Spencer)

The first stage is to nominate your fav celebs, then the 40 celebs with the most nominations will be seeded in to 5 semi-finals and the 2 with the most votes progress to the final. Oh Yes! They don't have to be alive. TiBB members clearly not included.
