To be fair I'd have thought the person was probably filming the child because it's bad parenting to just let a child sit on a windowsill like that; but OMG at the girl falling!!! That's so scary!

I was not calling the poor child that fell out stupid, because she is just a kid and wouldn't know any better just like every baby.

But I was referring to it's Chinese parents who were such bad parents and had to go and leave the window open and not care about their daughter.

So yes, I would like whatever mod that edited my post to step forward now and explain their reasons.
