Two Hander episode for Becky McDonald and Tracy Barlow?
 

Coronation Street producer Phil Collinson has said that he would "love" to see a two-hander episode between Tracy Barlow and Becky McDonald.

Tracy, played by Kate Ford, is due to return to the soap full-time next year, after having made a significant appearance during Gail McIntyre's murder trial storyline this year.

Despite Tracy being in prison, she has already had several run-ins with Becky McDonald (Katherine Kelly), who is currently bringing up Tracy's daughter Amy with husband Steve.

Speaking to the Radio Times, Collinson said: "Becky would do anything to protect her marriage, as the story we're about to tell shows. In a way, Becky and Tracy - whom I'd love to see in two-hander - are a lot alike, in that they're uncompromising, often to their own detriment."

He added: "Though Becky hasn't murdered anyone yet. I'm saying no more than that."

Collinson also revealed that Tracy's return would bring "a year's worth of stories" following on from her attempts to frame Gail for murder.

Pleased Tracy is coming back:D, as to the Becky thing please no they are trying to create another rivarly for Tracy like she had with Karen but Becky is so contrived and repetitive:rolleyes::sleep::.

Would love this, both fierce, amazing characters. Add Karen to the mix and it would be too much to handle. :D

Nope, not yet, I'm wondering if maybe she gives birth in anniversary week (someone does), maybe she could have slept with a prison guard or something xD)
