Father Jack [from Father Ted] joins Emmerdale
Declan Macey is becoming properly settled in at Home Farm with the arrival of his ex-wife Ella, played by former Doctors star Corrine Wicks, daughter Mia (Brittania High’s Sapphire Elia) and dad in the shape of Father Ted’s Father Jack, Frank Kelly, as Dermot. He couldn’t be more different than the hard-drinking, hard-swearing cleric and sounds like he has a fractious relationship with his son, and thinks nothing of spending his money like water.
