The wild card idea is wickety wack!

The judges made their choice they should have to live with it. No wildcard should have been allowed. Cop out.

Jords 04-10-2010 03:28 PM

Disagree.

At the end of the day it will only be wasted talent otherwise.

Niamh. 04-10-2010 03:30 PM

My brother just told me he heard there was going to be a 5th judge, don't know how true that is though.............

Wagner 04-10-2010 03:31 PM

Load of ****e

MeMyselfAndI 04-10-2010 03:31 PM

Well its a bit unfair allowing Cheryl to judge in the contest.

Considering she will only put acts through that are not able to laugh at how bad she is at singing.

The likes of Gamu and TreyC could smash Cheryl at hitting any note, so she best not put them through

well all of her group bar Cher could really

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 04-10-2010 03:35 PM

I think the wild card should go like this then if it's to be used-contestants come back and they get to choose who they want as Mentor:joker:

I don't like wild card. Along with that one save they had last series. waste of time. Or was that American idol? :conf:

I like the idea of the 5th judge (If it's true) it's probably Nicole and she could pick one of the rejects from each category and mentor them herself, what do you think?

Iceman 04-10-2010 03:38 PM

Ive been hearing loads about it.

1) 3 acts get to come back and have no mentor.
2) 3 acts get to come back and have Nicole.
3) 4 acts come back and each judge gets 1 more.
4) 1 act comes back giving one judge an advantage.

I like option 2 there tbh, it's fairer on the acts to have a brand new mentor (one who didn't reject them) also i think there are potential winners in the rejects.

Me too plus my immense hate for Nicole (I used to shout at the TV when she went to the F1 races and curse the woman off the telly) is gone, she's pretty damn good....(still a slag of course for being an F1 wag)

Same, I don't think anyone should take anything as official yet...there's loads of contrasting ideas floating around.

Not sure whether you noticed or not, but at the end of the show last night they kept showing this silhouette of a person...looked like a male. So whether there'll be a new judge and a category or not, I don't know. But if there is a new mentor/judge it looks like it'll be male, which is odd...considering most of the attention has been on Nicole/Sharon. Robbie Williams maybe? Loads of stuff was floating around about Simon wanting him on board last year.

Tom4784 04-10-2010 03:44 PM

It's something new and it'll stop the complaining when Gamu or Treyc is brought back. I like the idea of it and if it's well doen I'd like to see it make a return as every year the judges make at least one big mistake in choosing the finalists.

Ooh that sounds good. I like idea 2 aswell, Iceman. Elesha, Gamu and John are definitely 3 that got away. If this was AI he would have been picked. He really is like a mini Adam Lambert.

I hope Nicole is back. I need for Cheryl to be upstaged!

ahahaha, well she does come across a whole lot better on X-factor than on those F1 interviews, that's for sure, she comes across as such a bimbo on those!

It looked like a woman to me, I do love the idea of a new judge and category, it'd stop the complaining as most of the favourite rejects would return.

which one is John? I would have Gamu, Paije and Elesha If I had to pick 3

Iceman 04-10-2010 03:48 PM

I doubt Robbie would do it, too much on at the moment....TT his Greatest Hits, just being married....
