sorry...I'm on old friend duties. I don't want to jinx them, but...

you may remember back in the 2007 series of The X Factor I got rather argumentative and defensive over the girlband 'Hope', because I went to college with one of the band members (Emily, the blonde one).

Well since then Hope have died (blah blah, Phoebe went off to Girls Can't Catch, etc etc) - and she's since joined this new girl group called 'Parade'.

There's no music to introduce you to as yet, but they've been signed by Atlantic Records and have been recording for a fait bit :spin2: their twitter is the only real online resource about the 5-piece: http://twitter.com/#!/Parade

I should think so - they were mentioned on a pop-based blog a few weeks ago.

Parade is a bit of a silly name

a performance of a song...first thing I've seen LOL. According to the video they're supporting Alexandra Burke on her tour next year, and their single 'Louder' should be out next year too.
