Why are they always scared to be team leader?
 

All the big egos at the start and as soon as it's mentioned they all start shaking and looking at the floor like kids. Guess it seperates the men from the boys and the women from the girls.

I probably would want to avoid it as well tbh, just survive the first week at least lol. It can work in your favour though, as long as you do a half-decent job of it.

TBH i would avoid it first week aswell , i wld let a muppet like Dan do it and get himself fired lol

I would avoid week 1 also, unless nobody was willing then it would look good xD

I thought he was hilarious. Specially when the guy tried to pull him up on the street about he's agressive sales approach and he just said " Who Has Made The Most Sales" and than gave a shrug of the shoulders PMSL

In Melissa's case, because she knows how talentless and incompetent she is.

I think taking on the job of team leader, in the early stages especially, could increase your chances of being fired by up to 50". Because if your team fails (50/50 chance), then you would be the most likely person on the team to be fired.

But it's a self-fulfilling prophecy really. The reason it is always the team leader that gets fired is because hardly anybody wants to be team leader in the first task and those that do are either a complete doormat or an arrogant bully like Dan.
