I hope she gets a new Visa and appears and sings on XF as like a guest and blows the **** away everyone!

What an arsehole. Does he not have an inch of sympathy for her the heartless bastard. As for the Cher article... its the Daily Star so it obviously isn't true. I think 'up her own arse' Katie Weasel is more likely to say something like that.

I feel for anyone in a bad situation and it would be great if any fans want to help Gamu return home with some gifts and (if anyone wants) even some spending money?

But yes, they have to leave because they don't live here and eventually have to return to their own country (or visit other countries I suppose).

Maybe the worst thing is that the mother stole money and maybe worse 'time' and effort from the legitimate immigrants who were waiting to be processed. The real immigrants make a tremendous effort (and it costs them so much) and wait so long for processing.
So they are really hurt when others take up immigration's time, money and resources.

Anyways, yes I did think Gamu was great and a total sweetheart and had a real 'x-factor' about her. She should definitely apply in her own country's version of the competition!

red 10-10-2010 12:18 PM

well atleast he's being honest lol

ILoveTRW 10-10-2010 12:23 PM

What a typical Labour hypocrite. They have let hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants into the country, probably most of them still here leeching off our welfare system, now he's sanctimoniously grandstanding over one family. He's only doing it to try and score points off Cameron who was backing her.
Why doesn't Gamu give the Human Rights legislation a go to back her appeal? - after all every murderer, paedophile, and terrorist has done so extremely successfully. Where's that exploitative bitch Cherie Blair when she's needed? -she made a fortune defending all sorts of low life scum using this convenient bit of legislation that hubby and his cronies conveniently passed through parliament, but she's nowhere to be seen when there's someone actually deserving some help.

It's not about sympathy, you can't be empathetic if she isn't allowed to be in this country.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 10-10-2010 12:36 PM

This is awful. I don't know what to say. Poor Gamu. Is it possible that Gamu's mother was misinformed about being able to work and still claiming? Why would anybody go on such a high profile show when they had something to hide?

Unfortunately the law is the law, even if the the law is not perfect and many get away with breaking it, Gamu and her family are in a perfect position to be made scapegoats.

Well perhaps Red Ed and his fellow hypocrites should be tracking down the estimated 900,000 ILLEGAL Immigrants they have allowed into this country because of their non-existent border controls, instead of concerning themselves with Gamu, just because he needs to muscle into the row to get some publicity.

Who says he is 'muscling in' he simply said that she should go, of course that's going to be reported as Gamu is in the spotlight. If he does indeed feel the same for the rest of the immigrants here and has said it about them too, it's not going to be reported is it because nobody cares.

What a superb and completely factual detailing of the reality in this comment.

Most of is factually incorrect actually

"They have let hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants into the country"

"most of them still here leeching off our welfare system"

"Why doesn't Gamu give the Human Rights legislation a go to back her appeal? - after all every murderer, paedophile, and terrorist has done so extremely successfully"

^ I could dispute all of that very easily.

He is a Politician
and was asked today on the bbc Politics show.

He should have said he does not know the full case etc
and could not comment on it.

But he has a answer for everything
but will never be a PM.

You may well dispute it, but it still remains fact that in the lead up to the last election, all 3 main parties talked of a possible amnesty for the thousands of illegal immigrants that are roaming our society due to Labours flawed open door immigration policy which was revealed as Blairs plan to flood the electorate with more multiculturalism who hopefully would be grateful to the labour party and so vote them in. Even Ed Balls has condemed this.
And what about the young Italian lad that murdered the teacher and was supposed to be deported on release but has subsequently invoked his human rights and is allowed to stay....so since when did Italy become such a dangerous place to deport its murdering scum back to:conf:
Add to that the Afgan terrorists that hijacked a plane, and are now staying in a taxpayer funded lifestyle in good old accomodating Britain....the toilet of the world.
