T.I. Sentenced To 11 Months In Prison
 

T.I. has been sentenced to 11 months in jail for violating terms of his probation, after his arrest for suspicion of possessing ecstasy last month.

According to ABC News, the rapper told the District Judge: "I screwed up. I screwed up big time and I am sorry."

This is the second time in as many years that T.I. has faced a prison sentence. In 2007, he faced a possible 30 years in jail for gun possession, but was eventually sentenced to a year, along with 1,000 hours of community service.

The star was arrested on September 1, when police found drugs in his vehicle.

Earlier this week, T.I. helped police convince a man from jumping off a 22-storey building by recording a personal video message.

Its for the best. Hip hop is the place to be if youre gonna keep serving time. The fans love it.

Yeah, I'm surprised its such a short sentence......on the up side, Lil Wayne is out in just about a month.

Didn't he go to jail a year or so ago after "Dead and Gone" was released?
