I like this guy and he told my mate he likes me only snag he has a girlfriend and I don't know what to do about it because everytime I look at him I can't stop smiling and my heart beats extra fast I am meeting him tommra and kind of confused about what to do

Nothing, if you do anything you've compromised your own morals and if he does anything you can never trust him. Although if you dont care about the morality in stuff and are inclined to do this generally, go for it knock yourself out.
