BBC One HD starts on November 3rd, but EastEnders will be upscaled only until Christmas Day, when it will be broadcast for the first time in HD...

In the newer pic the Queen Vic actually looks more realistic than other soap pubs

The interior looks the same, apart from the terrible bust

I'm a bit surprised they didn't try to make it look a bit different to be honest & now it seems they have used real bricks on the facade it looks too gleaming & new, a bit like Emmerdale did when they first built the new village set...

And yes the Queen Victoria bust looks horrendous painted! She looks like a drag Queen Vic :joker:
