Love Cheryl, loved the performance but if you're going to bother miming and go through the effort of recording a live version, she does need to learn how to mime and i thought autotuning it defeated the purpose

But Michael Buble and the top 12 did much much worse

yeah she didnt cover it up well,and she should have been out of breath which she wasnt.

I dont particularly like cheryl, but I enjoyed that performance. Obviously she wouldnt be able to sing live, with that dance routine. Was more about putting on a show though.

And it is not really very hard to mime, your mic is off, so just sing along to the song as if you were with a radio or something...and she should know the words, it IS her song :laugh:

Actually miming is a skill. Dragqueens do it as a performance and some are much better than others!

You also have to remember the technical difficulties. Watching all the mime performances on XF Im sure there is some slight delay in what they hear and what is transmitted. Hence being slightly off sync.

Its not hard to mime in a mirror with a hairbrush duh!! but mime in front of 10 zillion people while dancing?? I reckon that must be quite hard :conf::conf:

But it is her job. She should be used to it by now :conf:


As I said, the performance WAS good. But the miming could be much better...

Miming whilst dancing and being spot on sync is bloody difficult actually. You only have to be 0.04 secs out for it to be noticed.

Buble has no excuse and couldnt even keep the mic near his gob. And he's supposed to be a credible live artist too. Lazy manbitch.

but she was out of sync at one point to prove it to me.
