The new rules being that clubs can only spend what they earn and that clubs have to break even over a three year period.

It'll make the transfer window quite boring but I'm guessing this will put a halt on City's progress.

Arsenal would be possibly the biggest team in the country for the first few years..
Due to being the only of the top 6 to make a profit.

Would be good in champions league to.

Anything that stops Man City being allowed to attempt to buy their way to the title is good in my book.
