What happened to the Sunday Perfomers Mentoring?
 

Like Whitney, Robbie and all of those did last year. :/

I so want Madonna to mentor the acts if she preforms this year :love:

Not all the guests mentor, There'll probably be some down the line.

They probably got rid of it as it wasnt consitent enough in other years.

I miss this too actually. And I'd be gutted if I were an act and missed out on the celebrity mentors!

Maybe it's because there's [been] too many contestants at the moment though, and it would be too expensive?

Maybe because many of the guest performers this year...arent qualified to teach people to sing. They could do a mean class in miming though ;)

I expect when they do TreyC it will be Muntering

Ah yeah forgot about that. Liked how Whitney Houston was all' No! Sing more like me!' and then performed and was absolutely CRAP lol.

I remember reading that Take That were definitely mentoring.

this. What's Katy Perry going to teach them? How to bag a famous husband? And Diana Vickers doesn't strike me as a source of inspiration (moreso the Red Hot Chili Peppers...)

All that was about was the artists promoting their latest release-while the sycophantic contestants swooned cos they were meeting someone famous.
