Chlamydia

I actually really like this word! Its meaning spoils it and makes it dirty. :bored:
It sounds more like a flower than some genital disease, if I had a daughter Id honestly consider naming her it if it wasnt for the STI link.

bettiepage 29-10-2010 12:20 AM

it reminds me of clinics and metal stuff.

GypsyGoth 29-10-2010 12:20 AM

I don't like it.

Novo 29-10-2010 12:21 AM

What the bloody hell has gotten into you

Miss Ivy Balls 29-10-2010 12:21 AM

What is it?

Do you get it on your penis or vagina?

Its not like gonorrhea which sounds vile though. :(

LOL! Imagine the fun you could have with a kid named Chlamydia :joker:

-Chlamydia gets lost in a shop. Mum and dad go looking for her-
-Dad finds her and shouts-

"I've got chlamydia! I've got chlamydia!"

Or at school, "has anyone seen chlamydia?"

I guess, but I still don't like it.

Although if you have another daughter you could call that one Candidiasis :)

Miss Ivy Balls 29-10-2010 12:30 AM

I don't understand what any of these STIs are.

I know that with crabs you get crabs in your fanny and stuff.

I can just imagine the unfortunate child wandering off in the supermarket, and the parents bellowing "Chlamydia, come back here". Or would it be Chlammy for short?

And no I don't like it D: If someone called their kid that well then everytime you said it everyone would just stare and feel sick or something. It reminds me of some name though, like a girls name I know but I don't know what one.

Niall 29-10-2010 10:42 AM

Naming a child Chlamydia is dirty lol. Even though you can have limitless fun with that name. It would be really funny if Chlamydia caught chlamydia. Can you imagine how awkward that doctors appointment would be?

Doctor: So Chlamydia we have your test results back and it seems you have contracted an S.T.I.
Chlamydia: Ok, which one?
Doctor: Well its easily treated , just a course of pills and you'll be fine.
Chlamydia: Ok thats good, but which S.T.I do I have?
Doctor: Well it seems you have contracted chlamydia *snickers*
Chlamydia: FFS! FML.
