I Hate It When Big Brother Housemates Regret Going In. [BB5 and BB9 Related]

Darnell and Marco.

Both of them were my favourite contestants of their series.

It's so sad to know that Marco hates the fact he did Big Brother almost 7 years ago and really regrets it.

Darnell, told me on Twitter in July that he realised how much of a big mistake he had made going on it and that it's such garbage.

That pains me.

Especially 'cause in BB9  Darnell gave a speech that was like telling us how much he loved his time in the house and now he's basically took that back.

Marco had so much fun in there but yet he's a shamed he went on BB5!

It's quite sad isn't it? It means like when I re-watch BB5 and BB9 [I probably won't rewatch BB5, I did in May] but when I rewatch BB9 which I do like twice a year, this time it'll be like when Darnell is on I'll just be like 'Woah that was so funny but it's so sad that he regrets it'

It's just kind of spoilt abit of the series and memories knowing they hated taking part in the end :(

maybe they didnt like the big brother ''fame'' that came after

Yeah I think Marco regrets it because he found it hard to get a job or something, Darnell really can't complain though if it wasn't for BB9 his music career would of never took off the way it did for a few months.

Darnell was my favourite housemate aswell... After the show ended he got a radio show about a month later and was saying then that he regretted doing it (can remember Mo was a guest on it and said that he would love to do BB again).

Think the main reason Darnell regrets it is because a lot of hate grew for him in the last couple of weeks over the Sara thing, cos once he got hit with the bully label then he's not gonna be invited to main BB events and award shows, etc.

Yeah true, it's such a shame what happened to him in the last couple of weeks.

Darnell really could of won the whole show had he of just been abit nicer to Sara :(

He was shooting himself in the foot everytime he insulted her, would of been so brilliant to see him walk out as the winner of that series.

darnell and rex as final 2 would of been the best final ever
still to this day ill never see how rachel won

At the time of the CBB5 race row, a Daily Mail journalist wrote a piece describing her experience of auditioning for Big Brother (during the auditions for BB8). (I DO NOT read Daily Mail by the way, just googled it). The producers warned her of how life in the BB house would be. That most of the contestents who said they enjoyed their time were lying and it's actually stressful and boring 90% of the time. I wasn't hugely surprised reading it to be honest.

sounds like Craig.

But yeah - you'd think they'd be aware of how bad the series is - especially Darnell. Marco has a half-excuse in that before BB5, there were no real villains other than Nick BB1. But everybody in BB6, BB7, BB8, was torn to shreds by the press

The Camp Crimper from Cromer - he didn't have much of a "life" anyway - BB6 gave the drama queen a few weeks of fame and money - now :

Craig has opened a salon in the centre of Norwich in Norfolk, aptly named "Craig Coates". He says that the salon won't try to be anything fancy - in terms of prices - but aims to provide a pampering experience for customers. The salon has been kitted out with quality decor and calming blue lighting, so customers can come in and feel very relaxed for an hour or two. Craig has a team of staff working alongside him - if you want to get your hair done at the salon with the Big Brother star it will cost you £40.00. Craig lives in the seaside town of Cromer which is 25 miles north of Norwich on the Norfolk coast, although he has said he doesn't wish to leave the sandy shores of the quiet town, famed for it Cromer Crabs. He has two dogs called Paddy and Jerry Lee and enjoys taking them for long walks along the beach. If you would like to book an appointment to get your hair cut with Craig, call 01603 ******.

Darnell was a vile HM desperate to win. Couldn't stand the way he's complain about others playing the game when he was clearly playing the game rather desperately himself (I've no problem with gameplayers, in fact I encourage them, but they need to be honest with viewers and themselves about it, as Rex was!).

He also had the worst reaction to being nominated in the history of the show and how he escaped eviction that week I don't know. If he's been female he'd have been booed out big style!

Would anyone let Craig within 100 feet of them with a sharp implement?

As for Marco, he annoyed the heck out of me in BB5 but I respect that although he's always been open about how BB (and let's face it, it wasn't BB - it was his own character) made it difficult getting into his chosen career, rather than moaning about it he seems to have got on with it and ultimately got what he was after.

Wonder if Sunita from BB3 ever made it as a barrister too - she quit after a week fearing it would damage her chances.
