Yes. Pam St.Clement lost loads of weight so has to (or had to) wear a fat suit as they felt Pat wouldn't be Pat without weight. She's not tiny but did lose a lot

She did lose a lot of weight some time ago, but I think she has put it back on now, as her face doesn't look as thin as it did when she lost the weight... I honestly don't think she wears a fat suit...
