Its confusing, some people use it in a sense of completely ruining a song, and others completely smashing it.

How would you use the term to 'kill' a song?

Ruining it for me, because like, killing it means death which isnt good :S

I would say ruining though.

i would say the term means doing a terrible job with the song.

Killing a song = ruining it, in my opinion.

On another forum Ive just joined they all say kill/slay a song meaning in a good way D:

If I win at the Casino or something, I'll say ohhhh I killed it, like in a good way

it should mean bad

I think it sounds bad

then again I say bum and mean it in a good way, and people are like that means bad though right??
